Adam Day
Elegy II
House passing
through night
snow, keeping
our secrets, stalled
in forgetfulness:
a hollow place
where no one goes
anymore, endless
corridors, blacked out
garden lights, the bored
forest and cancelled
stars, two hounds baying
frozen from a loss
of love, the face
I made for you.
